Synopsis: In a church where influence takes different forms- the Big Boss gives with his money, the Director seeks control through leadership, and the Extra serves tirelessly, unseen. Each believes they hold something that matters.

God alone is in control. Jesus is the center of the church- not power, position, or recognition.
